Terms of service

A host account lets one person run the Choir & Chorus host app on their own computers for their own choirs. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled any time from the account page. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Host subscriptions are offered as plans: Individual ($20 a year or $12 for 6 months; one director, one choir, one program), Professional ($100 a year or $60 for 6 months; one director, up to 10 choirs, unlimited programs) and Institutional ($1,000 a year or $600 for 6 months; up to 20 directors, unlimited choirs and programs). New accounts start with a 10-day free trial of Individual. The Singer plan is free, for one person's own practice, and does not include choirs, programs, directors or downloads of sheet music or MIDI files. Singers never pay. The host app keeps a signed copy of your subscription status so rehearsals run without internet. A host PC must connect to the internet at least once every 10 days to confirm the subscription, or hosting pauses until it does.

The host app is provided as is, for rehearsal use. Hymn files and sheet music are the property of their publishers and are fetched by your PC under their terms for your own use. Do not share your host account.

Licence. The Choir & Chorus software — the host app, its web console, installer, scripts and this site — is copyright © 2026 Choir & Chorus and is licensed to you, not sold. With a current host subscription you may install and run it on the computers and phones your choir uses. You may not copy it for others, sell, rent or redistribute it, remove its notices, or modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to derive its source code or recreate it, in whole or in part, including by submitting it to automated tools or AI systems. "Choir & Chorus" and its logo are trademarks of Choir & Chorus.
